After a surprising two weeks of game development, the Piston Demo is almost ready for release, we have a trailer that has been created for the Demo! Of course, this is a development update so we focused primarily on creating new levels and fixing the big and noticeable bugs in the game, and there were a lot of them! We have a pretty big list of things done today! Here is the list of changes: -Added Levels 5-10 -Added Level Select -Work Started on Saving -Added Title -Added Main Menu -Added Frozen/Snow Effect -Slightly Fixed Part Offset Bug (We are now going to call this The POB) -Performance Improvements -General Bug Fixing -Work Started on Music! -Work Started on Piston Logo That's pretty much it! Welcome to Week #1 of the Piston Development Updates!
In This update we are mainly showing what we have done so far in the game, and we have certainly done a lot of things! Anyways, we aren't going to waste anymore of your time! Welcome to the Space³ Alpha Development Update - Week 5!
Sorry about Week 4 being skipped, but in that week a very minimal amount of things were done, it was mainly tweaking and fixing, so we decided to simply put two updates into one and due to doing this, this update will have a whole bunch more than usual. This week we focused mainly on the shop and getting things to actually upgrade + tweaking and fixing as we mentioned above. Development Progress: 65% - Very Far! Just in case you want to know the other updates here is the list: -Updated Defensive Unit Colors -Bases now have TWO rings at the start (One being the utility ring and another being attack/defense) (Shown Below) -Perfected Defensive AI (Finished During Week 4) -Upgrading/Repair Shop 50% finished! -Performance Improvements (Again!) -New Model for Attacking/Defending/Exploring Units (Shown below) -Fixed Main Menu -Attack Menu now 25% finished! -Work started on Attack Menu -Added Storage Unit (Shown Below) We also have some changes/updates we hope for the future!
